Classy ambience!
We were looking for scounces to add to our wall behind our couch. We just painted as we'll be getting a new carmel colored leather couch. We found these and knew they would add just the right touch. They are very easy to assemble & hang. We chose command velcro strips so it will be easy to change batteries & won't cause damage to the wall when we put them up. They do not come with batteries & they each use 6 AA batteries. They look classy, as if made of glass, and when they're lit, they look amazing! I love that they have an automatic 4 hour timer, so they turn off after 4 hours. They also come on automatically every 24 hours, so you can choose to turn them off. It's easy to turn off, without taking them down,as you reach up, through the bottom, and push a button. The price is right if your looking for adding a little ambience to your room and don't want to spend a fortune. Now all we need is our new couch.

They are so beautiful. I ordered two and accidentally had them delivered to my Mom's house. After she saw them she ordered two for her room as well. Now she wants more one for the hallway one for the bathroom. They are lightweight easy to hang, move, or replace. Super awesome product!

Light where there was no light before.
These are a great stopgap for putting light where it would be too expensive to have a an electrician run wire. Also, I need to mention that when you turn these lights on with a push of the button and leave it on until it cuts off 4 hours later. You just activated the 24-hour timer. The 24 hour timer lights the sconces for 4 hour intervals (i.e.) 4 hours on, 4 hours off. You can disarm the timer by removing the batteries for about 1 minute and then replacing them. You will notice that you disarmed the timer when you put the first three batteries in you will get a quick flash. If you put the batteries in and do not get a quick flash you did not disarm timer... try it again until it flashes. The problem with having the timer activate it is that when they are off after a 4-Hour interval you cannot turn them back on with just a push of the button, you have to wait for the timer to turn them on. There is another way to disarm the timer. When they turn on automatically through the timer that's when you can turn them off by the push of a button and that deactivates the timer.

Inexpensive
I like anything that's inexpensive. That being said, they are plastic, but from a distance you can't tell. Being plastic, they're easy to replace the batteries and hang on the wall. It took me awhile to figure out how the timer thing works. Once you press the button and turn them on, they'll stay on for four hours. So, if you would like them to come on at 6pm and stay on until 10pm, you need to press the buttons at 6 and they'll automatically go off at 10pm. If you decide to turn them off early, this messes up the whole timer thing and you'll have to start over. They're very simplistic. They do not put off a lot of light so don't plan on reading a book by them. You'll still need your bedside lamp. I placed them on either side of a painting above my bed, but I've read where a lot of people have placed them in other rooms, hallways, etc. Like I said, they're inexpensive and they actually do look very nice. If you have someone over scrutinizing your plastic lamps, they're probably not the right company for you anyway...

Turns off a lot, kind of annoying you have to pop batteries out for a few seconds to get it back on. I ordered 2 and the LEDs were slightly different whites. I taped tissue paper on the back of mine to change the color. Will be fun for holidays. Not the best, but they are a great theater lighting alternative to the tacky LED strips. I have fibromyalgia and it makes me sensitive to bright white LED lights. The tissue warms it up a bit and now they are perfect Was able to hand on a push-pin tack!

It might or might not work for you!
I like this light but it has issues. The package instructions indicated it actually had 2 light settings . . a feature that's not listed in the Amazon description. . . . a bright light and an amber type light depending upon the clicks of the switch. I was initially excited about this but unfortunately could never get the 2 different lights to work so it's apparently not a feature? Hmmm. Anyway, it worked great on 1 setting for the 1st week and then I couldn't get the switch to turn on at all so was just going to return it. We had a power outage one night that lasted several hours and needed extra batteries so I grabbed this intending on re-using all the batteries and it flashed on! We needed light so we ended up using packing tape and a penny to hold the switch down and it stayed on. Discovered that it'll now work but only with the tape/penny still attached but does do the 4 hour time thing and is back to coming on every time the same night by its self. At this point, I've probably missed my return window and I do think it's a pretty light where I have it but I will have to say . . don't recommend unfortunately.

It was sooooo easy to install just mk sure you measure floor to top of where your putting it on both sides. Then go down 1/2 inch and put either screw of nail in wall. Add 6 AA batteries to each one and done!!!! You don't have to remove anything from the sconce except battery pack btw. Also, it has a 4hr timer if you want to just turn on it and let it torn off or you forget like me to turn lights off. It also has this memory that you can set so it turns on by itself same time every day (you have to reverse led cover for that, mks it look dim in my opinion) will turn off by itself!! Very light weight and goes with off white, white and gray!!! Took less than 10 min to do both! Also Have a small screw driver to open battery pack or butter knife on back. You will need 6 AA BATTERIES FOR EACH 1 SCREW OR NAIL FOR HANGING EACH I SCREW DRIVER A MEASURING TAPE IF YOUR LIKE ME AND NEED IT EVEN. BEST BEST BEST BUY EVER!!!!!

Price is appropriate.
We wanted some sconces to light our entryway. Since these require no wiring and are so reasonably priced I decided to try them. They arrived on time and look as pictured. I personally do not like LED light and these sconces do not provide the warm light I was looking for so regretably returned them.

Great for our Trailer
We needed lights by our bed in our trailer. Didn't want cords hanging so these fit our need perfectly. They are not bright enough to read by, but perfect so I can see when I get up in the night.
